How I fit reset my cTrader password?

If you never verify your account, you fit update these personal information for your profile, under the “About you” section:

If you don forget your password or you need change am, you fit do am for any of di two ways wey dey below:

If you don already verify your account and you wan update your address, you go need to contact support to change am.

1. Go to di Deriv login page
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Enter di email address wey you use register your Deriv account.
4. Follow di instructions for di password reset email to set new password.

Option 2: Reset from your profile

1. Log in to your Deriv account.
2. Go to your Profile.
3. Select Password.
4. To confirm your identity, you go need enter one-time password (OTP) wey dem send to your registered email.
5. Once you don enter di correct OTP, you fit enter new password.

Once you don update your Deriv account password, you fit use di new password log in to Deriv cTrader.
