‍

2.1.1.2. Options and Multipliers trades fit no dey offered during di first ten (10) minutes of market trading.

‍

2.1.1.3. During periods of high volatility (market movements wey dey move very fast), trades fit dey offered at prices wey less favour you pass di prices wey dey available under normal market conditions.

‍

2.1.1.4. We fit put certain limits on di acceptable levels for barrier and strike prices of Options trades. Barrier and strike prices go normally dey for moderate distance from di current underlying market level.

‍

2.1.1.5. For Accumulator Options, we fit put certain limits on di available growth rate factor.

‍

2.1.1.6. For Vanilla Options, we fit put certain limits, including limits on strike prices or trading volume, depending on market conditions.

‍

2.1.1.7. For Multipliers trades, we fit put certain limits on di acceptable range of Multipliers and di range of time for deal cancellation.

‍

2.1.1.8. Market prices dey update no pass once every second. If dem receive more than one tick for any given second, di market price for our data feed go update to di last valid tick wey dem receive.

‍

2.1.1.9. E fit no be possible to sell Digital Options within fifteen (15) seconds before di expiration time.

‍

2.1.1.10. E fit no be possible to sell Vanilla Options on Synthetic Indices within sixty (60) seconds before di expiration time.

‍

2.1.1.11. E fit no be possible to sell Vanilla Options on foreign exchange (“FX”) within twenty-four (24) hours before di expiration time.

‍

2.1.1.12. An Accumulator Options position go close automatically when e reach im maximum payout or maximum ticks, or if any of di range limits don reach or don pass.

‍

2.1.1.13. A Vanilla Options position go close automatically when e reach im expiry time.

‍

2.1.1.14. For Accumulator Options, di maximum number of ticks and di maximum payout wey you fit earn, na di growth rate factor dey determine dem. You fit set dis factor within di range of 1% to 5%, including 1% and 5%, with increments of 1%.

‍

2.1.1.15. For Vanilla Options, payout per point (for synthetic assets) and payout per pip (for FX assets) dey depend on how di chosen strike price relate to di spot price.

‍

2.1.1.16. Dem go temporarily disable di opening of Accumulator Options once aggregate trade amount limit reach. Dis limit go trigger wen di combined trade amount of all di positions wey still dey open for di same underlying and growth rate factor reach di threshold wey dem don set before. Dem put dis measure in place to manage risk and protect your capital.

‍

2.1.1.17. Different markets fit close for different times during di day because of local trading hours and time zones.

‍

2.1.1.18. Some markets (like indices) no dey open throughout di day, and trading fit no dey available wen di markets close.

‍

2.2. Data feeds and quotes

‍

2.2.1. You acknowledge say our data feeds fit differ small from oda ones because of di following reasons:

‍

2.2.1.1. For all instruments wey dem dey offer on an over-the-counter (known as “OTC”) basis (i.e. without di use of a central clearing house), for example, FX, no “official” price source dey. Different data feeds go contain quotes from different sources, so di prices wey come from dem go different too.

‍

2.2.1.2. Market-closing time dey affect data feeds. Di exact time wey dem settle all trades for our website fit different from oda websites because of di different conventions wey dem fit use (for example, some websites fit choose 4:00 pm NY time or 5:00 pm London time). Because of dis, di open, high, low, and closing prices wey show for our website fit differ from di ones wey show for oda websites.

‍

2.2.1.3. Bid and ask prices dey create differences for data feeds. Wen di market no get enough liquidity, di data feed fit contain plenty bid and ask prices, even if no recent traded prices dey available. By taking di average of di bid/ask price (i.e. bid + ask, divided by 2), dem generate market quote wey reflect di current market, even if e no come from price wey dem trade recently. Our system go generate prices from di bid and ask prices, while oda websites fit no do so. Because of dis, our website fit show ticks wey no show for di data feeds of oda websites.

‍

2.2.2. Dem no dey count weekend quotes for trade settlement. During weekends, FX markets fit sometimes generate prices; however, dis prices dey often indicative (traders sometimes dey use di low liquidity for markets during weekends push prices go up or down). To avoid settling prices based on dis kind indicative prices, our policy na say make we no count weekend prices towards trade settlement values (except for Synthetic Indices and Cryptocurrencies, wey dey open during weekends).

‍

2.2.3. Entry spots for different trade types dey as dem explain below:

‍

2.2.3.1. For Digital Options, Multipliers, and Accumulator Options, dem define di entry spot as di next tick afta our servers process di contract.

‍

2.2.3.2. For Vanilla Options, dem define di entry spot as di latest available tick for di time wen our servers process di contract.

‍

2.2.4. Depending on di quality of di data feeds wey we receive from our feed providers, our servers fit apply tick filtering algorithm. Di purpose of dis filtering algorithm na to remove stray ticks from di feed. Stray ticks na ticks wey clearly fall outside di market current trading range; dis kind ticks dey often happen because of communication delays wit an exchange or bank wey dey provide quotes, human error, or database problems wey fit happen for any point between di person or organisation wey originate di quote and our servers.

‍

2.2.5. We reserve di right to correct trading data if dem contain any wrongly priced or typographically incorrect data.

‍

2.3. Options and Multipliers pricing

‍

2.3.1. We dey use our best estimate of market price movements and di expected level of interest rates, implied volatilities, and oda market conditions during di life of di financial trade to calculate di price wey you pay and di payout wey you receive for Digital Options, Accumulator Options, and Vanilla Options trades. Di calculations dey based on complex mathematics and include bias for our favour.

‍

2.3.2. For Accumulator Options trades, di “Range” values fit depend on more than only di “Growth” rate and underlying.

‍

2.3.3. Any slippage (di difference between di order price and execution price wen dem fill orders) from di price wey show during di execution of di order, dem go consider am as change for underlying prices in di market. Slippage fit increase well well during di daily bank rollovers. We make sure say we execute Options trades at di indicated price or lower. During rapid market movements, di pricing fit change, and we go either execute at zero slippage or positive slippage (wey dey more favourable to you). If trade get negative slippage wey pass acceptable threshold, dem go reject di trade.

‍

2.3.4. For Accumulator Options, profits fit increase through slippage wen di price fall within di specified ranges. However, if any of di barriers dem touch or breach, you go lose di trade amount without any payment.

‍

2.3.5. Di charting data wey we provide na only for indication and e fit differ from real market values.

‍

2.3.6. If corporate actions make di value of an underlying asset change, trade prices fit change too.

‍

2.3.7. If any dispute arise about how dem calculate financial trade price or di market or settlement values, our decision go final and binding.

‍

‍

‍

3.2.1.2. Di server fit delete di orders wey get di biggest margin;
‍

3.2.1.3. If your margin level still dey below di Stop Out level, di server fit delete di next order (dem no dey delete orders wey no get margin requirements);

‍

3.2.1.4. If your margin level still dey below di Stop Out level, di server fit close di position wey get di biggest loss;

‍
