1.5. You go ensure say each client make withdrawal through your Payment Services according to di following steps:
1.5.1. Di client request to withdraw funds from im Deriv account.
1.5.2. We go automatically transfer di withdrawal amount wey dem request from di client Deriv account go your payment agent account. If, for any reason, di client account need authentication, di withdrawal request no go continue until dem complete di authentication process wey dem require; and
1.5.3. You transfer di withdrawal amount wey dem request to di client, using di payment method wey you and di client don agree on.
1.6. We reserve di right to suspend or terminate your Payment Services and/or your Deriv account if disputes, complaints, or abuse of our services no resolve, and na you cause am.
2. Your obligations
2.1. We reserve di right to withdraw your status as a Payment Agent if you no meet our transaction volume requirements.
2.2. You go carry out due diligence on your clients. We fit ask you at any time to provide any or all information and documents wey relate to your clients for di purpose of any anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws, regulations, or rules wey apply to us.
2.3. Na your responsibility to ensure say any funds wey dem deposit into your payment agent account because of any client deposit or withdrawal wey client make through you (as e dey described for Clause 1), dem transfer am go di correct Deriv account for dat client.
2.4. You must include one disclaimer wey pipo fit see and wey go dey permanent for your promotional platform (for example, website, social media pages, email newsletter), wey go state di following:
"Deriv no get affiliation wit any payment agents. Customers dey deal wit payment agents at dia own risk. We advise customers make dem check di credentials of payment agents and whether any information about dem (for Deriv.com or anywhere else) correct before dem use dia services."

"Deriv get no affiliation wit payment agents. Customers na dem alone get responsibility to verify dia credentials and any information wey relate to dem before dem engage wit dem."
If you fail to display dis disclaimer well and continuously, e fit make us terminate your Payment Agent status.
2.5. You no fit withdraw money from your payment agent account or through Deriv P2P unless we make exception based on our own discretion.
2.6. Under any circumstance, you no fit use your payment agent account trade.
2.7. You no fit transfer funds from your payment agent account go anoda Payment Agent unless we make exception based on our own discretion.
3. Premium Payment Agent
