1.2. If any inconsistency or difference dey between dis additional terms and/or any oda documents wey form part of di Agreement, dis additional terms go take precedence for your account wit Deriv (FX) Ltd.
1.3. Deriv (FX) Ltd get licence under di Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act to run money-broking business from or through di Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia, and Labuan Financial Services Authority authorise and regulate am.
2. Order execution
2.1. Based on di condition of our licence, we dey act as your agent wen we execute your orders, and we no be di counterparty for your trades.
2.2. Wen you place order to buy or sell an instrument for your Deriv MT5 account, your order go pass go liquidity provider wey dey provide services to us. We no dey take any position for your trades.
2.3. We must carry out due diligence on all liquidity providers and make sure say di venues wey we dey use dey regulated by recognised supervisory or regulatory authority.
