AI processing

The text of your messages is processed by:

• OpenAI, with GPT-5 serving as the primary AI system.
• Google, through Google Gemini.

Data is transferred to these providers under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Chat platform

Intercom provides the platform that supports Amy’s chat interface. It stores conversation histories and contact information on its servers.

Supporting services

Deriv also uses:

• Weaviate for knowledge retrieval.
• Datadog for technical logging.
• Twilio for phone verification.

All third-party providers must comply with applicable data-protection laws and are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
