- Go to "Your Account".
- Under “Edit account details”, enter your current password.
- Then, enter your new password and confirm password again.
- Click Update at the bottom of the page.
If you have multiple accounts linked to your email, contact us via live chat to confirm which account you want to reset your password.
To update your payment method:
- Log in to your Affiliate dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Finances” section.
- Click on “Payment instructions”.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Confirm your new payment method by saving the changes.
To view your commissions:
- Log in to your Affiliate dashboard.
- Click on “Reports”.
- Select “Detailed activity report”.
- Set filters if required (e.g., time period).
- View or download your report.
Affiliate reports provide detailed insights such as:
- Hits and impressions
- Click-through rates
- Client trading activity
- Your commissions
- Client sign-up dates
- Log in to your affiliate dashboard.

- Scroll down, select ‘Direct links’ on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Click on the link titled ‘Direct signup- EN’.
- Copy the link under ‘Landing page URL’ and share it with your clients
- You also may provide other referral links based on your clients preferred languages.
