Here are some of the few reasons why you did not receive your bonus:

1. You have not added funds to the eligible MT5 account yet

The bonus is only applied when you fund your Deriv MT5 CFDs | Standard account. Depositing funds into your main Deriv Wallet alone does not trigger the bonus.

2. This was not your first MT5 transfer

The bonus applies only to your first MT5 transfer. If you have transferred to your Deriv MT5 CFDs | Standard account previously, you will not receive a bonus again.
