The recognition is based on anonymous employee surveys conducted by GPTW, highlighting women’s positive experiences at the company in areas such as fairness, growth opportunities, leadership integrity, and job satisfaction.

Women currently make up 59% of the workforce at Deriv Paraguay and received 52% of all internal promotions over the past two years. Deriv also supports career advancement through various training and development opportunities including educational assistance.

While women in senior leadership roles in Paraguay currently represent 4% of the local office, Deriv is working to increase that figure. Globally, 40% of Deriv’s team leads and higher positions, and 50% of C-level roles, are held by women.
